Course Format

Communication Skills:

- Targeted towards the communications skills element of the MRCS exam:

- What are they looking for?

- How do they mark you?

- Practice sessions with medically trained actors, with feedback

Physiology

- Interactive teaching sessions covering the key elements of the Physiology components of the Viva Exam

- Current “hot” topics within the fields of Pathology and Physiology

- Exam techniques

- Mock viva sessions with feedback

Pathology

- Interactive teaching sessions covering the key elements of the Pathology components of the Viva Exam.

- Viva practice, with feedback from examiners.

- Mr John Reynard - (Communication Skills tutor with RCS)

- Professional actors with experience in medical role plays

Pathology
