By booking a place on one of our courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1) You agree to our refund policy, which is clearly displayed on the course website.

2) Although we will endeavour to ensure the content of the course is as advertised, we reserve the right to change the content or running order of the day in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 

3) We reserve the right to cancel the course (even at short notice).  We most sincerely hope never to have to do this; it would only extremely adverse circumstance.  Our course feedback hopefully shows you that we take real pride in running professional courses and we will our utmost never to cancel a course.  If we ever do, we could reimburse the course fee in full to you.

4) The details you enter online forms part of the contract between you and us.

5) The email address you enter will be used to convey vital information to you. It is your responsibility to ensure this email address is valid and checked on a regular basis.  In the event of a change of email address, it is your responsibility to contact us with the change in details.

6) If paying by cheque, the cheque must be received within 7 days, otherwise the course place will be cancelled.

7) Information presented on the course is subjective and we cannot be held responsible for any decisions made by yourself consequent to the course.

8)  We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or mislaid whilst you attend the course.  We also cannot accept responsibility for any accident or injury sustained whilst attending the course.
