The refund policy can be found on the course website on the "applications" page.  We hope that you find this agreeable and acceptable.  From the moment you book onto the course, we start to base course expenditure on anticipated numbers and start incurring costs and we think our policy is fair.  Hopefully you won't need to cancel or request a refund, but if you do, please email us via the course website and we will try to help you out.
